Palate
On the palate it is round, full and juicy and has a fine and sweet tannic structure.
Growing Conditions
Location Magröll, St. Pauls. : South-east exposition on alluvial soils with various gravel layers and a high percentage of limestone. Deep rooting with good drainage at 380-420 meters a.s.l..
Winemaking
Slow fermentation in steel tanks and aging in
tonneaux for 15 months.
Aging
3-10 years.
Food Pairing
With structured wild game dishes or after dinner with a cigar or dark chocolate.
