Nose

Aromas of tropical fruits such as ripe pineapple, banana and mango but also ripe yellow apple and nectarines. Floral blossoms as well as caramel and vanilla underline the complexity.

Palate

Creamy mouthfeel with balanced body and long, extract-rich finish.

Growing Conditions

South facing slope in San Paolo on post-glacial calcareous rubble (250-350 m a.s.l.).

Winemaking

Slow fermentation in big wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation on fine yeast.

Aging

Up to 5 years.
