Our Vernatsch is strong in color and has a fruity aroma reminiscent of cherries and almonds. Vernatsch is a light red wine and typical in South Tyrol. It combines ideally with Speck or light meat dishes. Our Vernatsch is matured in steel barrels and reaches full maturity after a short period of ageing in barrique barrels.

Our Müller Thurgau is a fruity white wine with notes of nutmeg. It can be drunk as an aperitif, but also goes very well with starters.

Our Sylvaner is a fresh white wine with fruity notes. It goes well with light starters, as well as asparagus or fish dishes. But the Sylvaner can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.

Our Zweigelt is left to mature for a long time and therefore develops into a harmonious, substantial red wine with blackcurrant aromas. The color is intense violet-reddish. The Zweigelt is an ideal companion to meat dishes. Our Zweigelt is fermented in steel barrels, followed by biological acid reduction and maturation and storage in barrique barrels.
