Crispy with a fresh acidity and juicy notes. The finish is mineral and long.

deep, humus-rich clay soil on calcareous gravel

Harvest

Manual harvest and selection of the grapes.

Winemaking

Gentle pressing and pre-clarification by sedimentation. Fermentation under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with subsequent ageing on the fine lees.

Appearance

Bright straw yellow colour.

Ideal as an aperitif or with cream soups, asparagus and vegetarian dishes, fish and light meats, mature hard cheeses.
