Manual harvest and selection of the grapes.
Winemaking
Extraction of the rosé colour through brief contact with the must in the press. Gentle pressing and fermentation under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with subsequent ageing on the fine lees.
Appearance
Light pink colour.

Ideal as an aperitif or with fish and meat starters, summer salads, Asian dishes and fresh cheese.
