Nose

It has fresh notes of pineapple, peach, lime and grapefruit.

Palate

On the palate taste juicy with mineral notes, invites another sip.

Growing Conditions

The grapes grow in a very windy and sunny area at an altitude from 650 m a.s.l. to 750 m a.s.l.. The microclimate facilitates a long ripening of the grapes until the end of the vegetation period, so that the fruits are full of a multiplicity of flavors.

Winemaking

In the cellar before pressing the grape mash depending on the vintage, we allow the peel to sit for some hours with the juice in order permit the flavor-enhancing constituents to emerge. We store the wine in stainless steel barrels to preserve it unadulterated.. We allow the young wine to ferment slowly through a moderate cool-down process in which the wine sits on its natural yeasts.

Food Pairing

Pairs well with tasty fish dishes, vegetables and white meat.
