Nose
The wineis a fruity, juicy and classic Pinot. The aromas are cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant.
Palate
On the palate is elegant with delicate aftertaste of tannin.
Growing Conditions
The grapesgrow in vineyards, which are located further down at an altitude from 630 m a.s.l. to 700 m a.s.l. and are consequently more protected. The airstreams on the hillside create a favorable climate for this fine variety.
Winemaking
In the cellarwe allow the grapes to ferment in stainless steel barrels, then we manually press the grapes peels and in order to sit on grape pomace for some weeks.
Aging
We store the young wine in oak barrels and in big acacia barrels for 12 months.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with lamb meat, vegetable dishes, grilled fish.
