Its flowery aroma has a

This Sauvignon is
wonderfully fresh, lively and of hearty acidity. In a wonderful way, Pepi unites juicy freshness
on the one hand with appealing opulence on the other hand, a result of the vineyards located
on opposite-facing sides of the valley.

Growing Conditions

The vineyards with their calcareous gravelly soils are found opposite each other on
the east and west side of the Adige valley in hilly locations above 450m in altitude. The re-
spectively west- and east-facing vineyards are subject to very different sun exposure during
the day.
