Food Pairing

Maglen is a versatile partner for well-structured and savory dishes like ravioli with goat cheese and is ideal for light mains like roast. In combination with hare or wildfowl it tastes just fabulous and slightly chilled Maglen can be served with fish too. Also try it with spicy cheese!
