Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Fresh, fruity and juicy – this is the Cuvée. The label of Cuvée PAUL illustrates the combination of origin, location and vines. Our most important grape varieties form a blend that expresses pure joy of life. Fragrant white wine with floral notes and exotic fruits. Juicy with animated freshness and fruitiness.
Our Cuvée AMOS showcases the terroir potential of the higher elevation Kurtatsch vineyards. AMOS is created from the best handpicked white grapes from the coolest vineyards between 600 - 900 m a.s.l.. Exactly this interplay of varieties and locations makes AMOS so original in character and style. To preserve its mountain freshness, we abstained from using barriques. Long ageing on the fine lees in large wooden barrels adds complexity. Neutral Burgundy varieties constitute the compact foundation (70%) while Kerner and Sauvignon give the wine its seductive bouquet of white peach, apricot, flowers and citrus fruits. This results in a multilayered, incomparable blend.
The almost forgotten old and autochthon variety of Blaterle is still grown few and far at the Eberlehof winery. Due to its early maturity, the grapes are harvested already end of August to create a balanced harmony between sugar and acidity.
The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small boxes. As soon as they arrive at the production facility they are softly pressed. Maceration takes place at low temperatures and lasts about 6 hours. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine, then, rests throughout the winter on its fine lees, then to be bottled in the following spring.
Our white wine GLIMMER is based on the tradition of blend of grapes in our valley and comes from local, modern vineyards. In our GLIMMER come together Fraueler grapes of South Tyrol and Müller Thurgau grapes to give to the wine a particular flavor. The name of the wine refers to the mineral ‘mica’, present in our vineyards.
We faced ourselves the challenge to create a young, modern and easy-going white cuvee – lightly aromatic and most of all pleasant. 2017 we present KITZ the first time on the market.
Meaning springtime, our “Lenz” blend is as sprightly and as lighthearted as its namesake. This fruity cuvée, with aromas of apple blossom, flowers and grass, is reminiscent of a field of flowers awakening to spring, balanced and elegant. Its fresh character gives it a delicate, animated acidity on the tongue and an exceptionally well-balanced aftertaste, leaving an extremely vibrant impression.
Manna is a unique wine that Franz has dedicated to Maria Luisa; first released in 1995, it is a cuvée of Riesling and Chardonnay, a part of Gewürztraminer and a small percentage of Sauvignon Blanc; starting with the vintage of 2013, Kerner has been added by decreasing the percentages of Riesling and Gewürztraminer.
The white wine Blauturm is a white wine made from the old, historical South Tyrolean grape variety Blaterle. A long yeast storage in steel and oak barrels ensures that the wine is more balanced, full and harmonious.
Gewürztraminer is an indiginous grape variety of Südtirol/Alto Adige named after our neighboring village Tramin. In our selection TURMHOF where we pay particular attention to the sensory complexity of the respective grape varieties and compose the wine by carefully selecting the vineyards used. Maturing this white wine in oak on the lees supports the balance between complexity and elegance and to smoothen the perceived acidity.
This wine, full of character, comes from selected individual vineyards stocked with vines grafted to slowgrowing rootstock and trained on wire trellises (Guyot) or on the pergola. The grapes of this cuvée grow under the best conditions on the valley floor around the village of Cortina s.s.d.v. The favourable location of the vineyards, the ideal amount of sun, and the fine ventilation of the vines assure the ripening of grapes of exceptional quality.

Yield: reduced 80 dz/ha Alcohol content: 13,5 Vol. % Acidity: 5,8 g/l Residual sugar: 1,8 g/l Description: The relatively high altitude of the growing location gives this wine a crisp acidity with strong aromas of citrus fruits, pineapple and quince. The subtle scent and taste of oak wood develops through storing a third of the young wine in new oak barrels for five months. This gives our fruity Pinot Blanc a strong body with a long, mineral finish. Recommended with: This wine is a perfect accompaniment to fish, poultry, light meat, risotto and light pasta dishes. Serving temperature: 9° - 11°C
